Just past midnight on 23-24 July 2026, Prime Minister Narendra Modi appeared on Instagram — vertical frame, poor lighting, stumbling delivery. This was not the usual Modi bellowing from a high-voltage campaign rally or strutting in a carefully stage-managed, teleprompter-aided setting.
