PM Narendra Modi was recently photographed feeding the peacocks that inhabit the gardens of the prime ministerial residence. One of them, a true fashion peacock, unfurled his feathers and performed the peacock dance. However, since this is also the time when terrible unemployment figures show millions losing jobs, many said in tackling the economy, government must do mor.
Peacock feathers are beautiful but many of us are not being able to feather our nests. In these hard times, many have to economise and live by the dictum, less is mor. Since many have no time to watch peacocks anymore citizens are singing, “Jungle mein mor nacha, kisi ne na dekha.”
