The reality of duplicate voter EPIC cards is shocking and alarming. Duplicate voter EPIC cards lay the ground for massive manipulation of electoral rolls through “ghost voters” or “fraud voters.” The Election Commission is constitutionally mandated to ensure a free and fair poll and must act against duplicate EPIC cards and cloning of Aadhaar cards.
